Welcome to Germany's Lake District called "Mecklenburger Seenplatte". This vast area of unique beauty is situated in the Northeast of the country and a two hour drive North of Berlin. The Mecklenburger Seenplatte offers fantastic opportunities for nature holidays including water sport, cycling and walking. Its close location to the capital city Berlin and to other well-known cities including Schwerin, Rostock and Neubrandenburg, as well as to the Polish border, make it an interesting, as well as favourite holiday location of the future.

Our nature campsite is located in the heart of this area "Mecklenburger Seenplatte" (Wustrow) and can easily be reached by car (for instance through car hire from all Berlin airports), train (to Wesenberg) and bus or taxi (to Wustrow). Our campsite/boats rental/holiday cottage is situated at the outskirts of Wustrow, a small village offering facilities such as a small supermarket and three restaurants. From here, you can easily travel to larger towns such as Wesenberg (6 km), Mirow (15 km) and Neustrelitz (20 km) which offer shopping and eating possibilities.
